Modern Minimalism on the Edge.
Our new modern designs, Onyx and Miyuki, offer subtle, neutral palettes that reflect a more contemporary aesthetic, while maintaining our mission to make the finest knives in the world.
Onyx
Onyx is the mystery of a deep forest at dusk. Featuring a smoked charcoal base with dark, organic layers of slate, stone, and ink. Onyx embraces the minimalist movement with a bold confidence that appeals to lovers of dark, timeless design.
Miyuki
A blend of creamy whites, soft grays, and delicate neutrals, this handle evokes fresh snowfall and quiet elegance. The name "Miyuki" itself means beautiful snow in Japanese—a tribute to the subtle beauty of the natural world.
