Description
Description
Some tools are meant to be used and forgotten between meals. This isn't one of them.
This 6pc steak knife set is part of Aurora, a small Maker's Mark batch finished in stabilized, dyed hardwood. Color runs differently across the batch — some sets blend blue into green into violet, others hold steady in a single deep tone — and this set is one of only a handful that will ever exist. Once the batch is gone, it's gone.
One knife maker fits each handle, hand-finishes the choil and spine, and sharpens the blade before it ever leaves Victor, Idaho. The blade itself is 440C stainless, partially serrated near the tip, with the same handle-forward design that's earned a place at Snake River Grill and other kitchens that don't compromise on their table tools.
A set that performs like the rest of the line. Color you won't find twice.

Use & Care
Use & Care
- Hand wash with warm soapy water and hand dry for maximum edge retention and stain resistance. For safety and edge protection, store dry knives in their leather sheath, in a wood block, or on a magnet designed to hold knives. For a full tune-up: free lifetime sharpening.
- Do not put in the dishwasher - this will dull the knife.
- For edge retention, cut only on wood or softer plastic cutting boards.
- As needed, apply a light coat of mineral oil to the handle with a soft cloth to enhance vibrance.
